If you receive a defective product (i.e., a cd/dvd cracked or damaged in shipping or a book bent, torn or otherwise damanged in shipping), you may return it for a refund or exchange as long as it is done within thirty (30)days of the original purchase. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. The original shipping and handling charges will be refundable for a properly returned item. However, all charges incurred for returning any product will not be refundable.
